Bathroom has now become our kitchen

I work for a security company in Dubai and my concern is about hygiene.

Why are we treated in the way we are?

How can you close down the kitchen and open up toilets for people to wash utensils in? The toilets are being used by everyone because we are all people of different nationalities living together under one roof.

We are falling sick now and then but our superiors pay a deaf ear to us when we raise such complaints. Is the health of people supposed to be put at stake like this?
