7DAYS

There are two monkeys suffering in a tiny, filthy cage at a motorcycle rental on Dubai-Hatta Highway E44.

These monkeys have very large, painful-looking growths on their backsides and are in desperate need of veterinary care!

The teeth of the larger of the two monkeys were chattering uncontrollably. There was no food or water in the cage, which is positioned in the blazing hot desert sun.

This rental place also has at least eight falcons chained to the ground by a short rope tied to their legs and when they try to fly they are violently jerked back down. These birds, like the monkeys, are also forced to stay in the blazing sun all day without shade, food or water.

How can we just sit back and allow the national bird, and these monkeys, to be mistreated in this way? These innocent creatures are living, breathing beings just like us and they deserve humane treatment and a good quality of life. Somebody please help!

    “@DogPlus;

    I am dare? You let animals suffer in front of you and instead of making an action you cry about it in public? Don't be surprised somebody is judging you for this. First help the animals before you go public. AFTER that you can report about it....”

    How dare you attack a person that is trying to make this issue public.”

    “@ Leanne:
    How comes that you spend time to write this letter, but you don't find the time passing by this place and calling the police? Animal Cruelty is covered under the criminal law and there will be an action from Police and Municipality. You know now that this is going on and being fully aware of it you did nothing until now? How can you find sleep keeping this poor animals in mind?”
