Celtic's football stars swap goals for a good time in Dubai

Players from Scottish Premier League champions Celtic have been spotted living it up in Dubai on their mid-season break.

Striker Gary Hooper, right, Joe Ledley, left, and Adam Matthews jetted into the UAE last week with their partners and children and have been posting their holiday snaps on Twitter.

The players enjoyed a luxury boat trip and a meal at Dubai hotspot Mahiki, where Ledley was pictured with his girlfriend Ruby May Ridgeway.

Ridgeway tweeted: “I never want to leave Dubai.”

“It’s our last dinner!!! This makes me so sad,” she added on Monday. Ledley’s partner also confessed to a spot of designer shopping.

She posted a photo of a black Chanel bag, with the message: “I have sinned.”
