Developer should notice that some have paid

I am a resident of Marina Residence #5.

I can confirm that there is a notice in the entrance lobby that states the chilled water will be disconnected if the outstanding bill is not paid by June 23. I do not know who posted the notice. This is a form of collective punishment. I have paid both my service charges and my utilities bills.
