Dubai Ruler orders Al Berwaz Tower work to begin
Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has ordered the start of the Al Berwaz Tower project at Zabeel Park in Dubai.
Engineer Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipality briefed Sheikh Mohammed on the map and plans for the cultural tourism project, reported UAE national news agency WAM
Lootah said that ‘Dubai Landmark’, with a total cost of Dhs120 million, is a promising tourism project and expected to attract about two million visitors and tourists. The tower will have a height of 150m and width of 105m.

It is believed the ground floor will be a centre for culture, including photography exhibitions while the 150m high walkway will offer visitors views of old and new Dubai.
Lootah emphasised that the project will start within four months and will be completed by the end of the next year.
