Theâfuneral of Apple boss Steve Jobs will take place on Friday, the Wall Street Journal said, citing a person familiar with the matter.
The service "is characterised as a small private gathering", the US newspaper quoted its source as saying.

An Apple spokesman declined to comment but repeated that no public memorial has been planned.
Jobs' death on Wednesday, following a long battle with pancreatic cancer, sparked an outpouring of tributes from world leaders, business rivals and fans.
Meanwhile, Sony's movie studio is in final talks to buy the movie rights to the eagerly awaited authorised biography of Jobs by Walter Isaacson.
A source said Sony will pay about $1 million for the rights to the book, which has had its release brought forward to October 24.
