Jennifer Lopez to make programme about new tour

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly created a reality TV show about her boyfriend.

The singer-and-actress, who announced on Tuesday she will be performing in the UAE later this year, has been dating backing dancer Casper Smart for several months, following the end of her marriage to Marc Anthony last year.

It’s now been suggested she is helping propel the 25-year-old into the limelight, having organised a new programme that will focus on him.

Casper is helping to choreograph Jennifer’s upcoming tour, which is what the series will be about.

The Dance Again tour will be coming to Dubai on November 22, and 7DAYS is the official partner and will reveal all the latest news about the gig.

The New York Post reported about the TV programme: “Sources say it will follow Smart as he whips her other backup dancers into shape for the tour."

The programme has apparently been sold to TV channel Oxygen, and they have requested a whole season.

It’s thought Jennifer, 42, and Casper’s personal relationship will not be included in the show.

Spokespeople for Oxygen haven’t commented on the report.

Jennifer is teaming up with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Mandel for her upcoming work tour, which kicks off in July.

“I'm working with [choreographer] Jamie King and also Casper Smart," she previously said, when asked who would be coming up with the dance routines. "It's going to be an amazing, amazing show.”
