7DAYS has put together a timeline of the events surrounding the disappearance of British sailor Timmy MacColl as part of the search find the father-of-two.
Timmy, 27, went missing in Dubai in the early hours of May 27, 2012.
His wife Rachael, 25, is expecting their third baby in October. Devastated by Scottish Timmy’s mysterious disappearance, Rachael and his extended family have made countless appeals for information through 7DAYS newspaper.

“I agree.....The taxi system in Dubai is very convenient. This one time my friend left behind his wallet in a taxi and failed to take down his license plate number. He called the cab company and informed them that he caught the cab in Bur Dubai and got dropped off at Lamcy Plaza. The company found the driver immediately contacted him and my friend had his wallet back with him in less than half an hour. I am sure the police would have tried to trace the taxi driver. However no information has been given regarding this.”

“Thanks for the informative timeline, we are still left with the fact that the Taxi and needs to be identified and found, the best people to do that are taxi drivers themselves. If the publicity is working out there, then this taxi driver may be hiding something, has one of the drivers or a taxi gone missing off the circuit?”
