Plants mean prizes for Dubai's gardeners
Green-fingered residents have been crowned in Emaar Community Management’s annual garden competition.
Aimed at encouraging community spirit, the contest is open to Emirates Living and Arabian Ranches residents.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: “The annual Garden Competition is more than a contest; it is a community event that highlights the efforts of residents to create aesthetic living environments that add value to the overall community.”

Hilmar and Elli Oschmann were winners of 'best large garden'
The award for best large garden was won by Hilmar and Elli Oschmann; best small garden was clinched by Parviz Bahramirad and Zahra Vahabian; best creative small garden was bagged by John and Liamhan O’Kelly and the best creative large garden award went to Larry and Adriana Howie.
