Sex worker tells of death threats
A Russian woman and an Indian man went on trial yesterday accused of tricking a Moldovan woman into coming to the UAE and then forcing her into prostitution.
The pair appeared at Dubai Court of First Instance, where they faced charges of human trafficking.

The 23-year-old victim said: "I came to Dubai on a visit visa and the woman had helped me to get it but when I arrived she took my passport and beat me.
"Then her and the man forced me to be a prostitute. They threatened to kill me."
Both defendants deny the charge.
