“If you guys are aware of online shopping, well im a great fan of a well known discount deals site. I purchased a voucher for I-PAD 2 worth 1,479dhs,from them and this is what really happens
1st-- They will lie to you to wait 7 working days after my payment.
2nd-- and when 7 working days is over, you wont hear anything from since they wouldnt answer the phone so what you have to do is to send everyday emails and messages to complain.
3rd-- and when you complain real hard, they will forward you to manager and she will LIE to you that driver is on the way to send the unit at 2pm.. and again, the next day, Ms. manager will apologize because there is no stocks.. that when i shouted "YOU LIAR! HOW COME YESTERDAY MY IPAD IS ON THE WAY, AND THE DRIVER ASKED FOR MY LOCATION, AND NOW YOU ARE SAYING THERES NO STOCKS???
Help me out, to whom i should seek help now, all i want is return my money immediately because i dont want to wait 3weeks bank procedure for the refund. i dont wanna hear anymore promises and lies from this company.”
