“There is no service. The last two times I have called a taxi, service has been ridiculous.
First time we booked the day before for a maxi taxi as there would be 5 people to be picked up. A normal car arrived and told us to just all squeeze in. Sorry but no, as there arent enough seatbelts for everyone including my children. An hour later a second taxi arrived to collect the two of us who remained behind :( And we had to pay for two taxis :(
Second time I booked the night before as I had a Spinal Specialist Doctors appointment the next day. After 4 phone calls I was eventually collected 1 hour late. I was advised, as no one had collected me within 30 minutes of my appointment time my booking had been cancelled.
Then they charged me extra because I had booked.
Disgusting !! There is no customer service.” -

“Pink ladies taxi is a joke for sure!
i have make plenty of prebooking requests for ladies taxi when my work would finish at 10pm. the first few times i ended up waiting for nothing! they didnt have ladies taxis so they simply didnt call to inform me and didnt even send a normal taxi!
later when ordering the ladies taxi i had to mention to send me a normal taxi in case no pink taxi is available. i never got a pink taxi, out of at least 14 calls!
not to mention several other chaotic-like waitings when they would forget me and make me wait for ages after finishing work at 10pm....
they dont take us seriously enough, but what to expect by drivers who most of them come from countries where time doesn't play a role and punctuality means nothing at all.” -

“I don't know what is going on with RTA... Booking 24 hours, 10 hours, 3 hours in advance means nothing. Tough luck if you need a big taxi, or have a time-sensitive journey! I have often ended up in the street with my child desperately trying to hail a cab after yet another no-show despiet multiple phone calls.
Your only choice is a private, white-Lexus type service that will cost you 100aed/hour or so... But at least they will show up!

“I have just tried to book a Pink Ladies Taxi to collect my teenage daughter and her friend from school tomorrow as I cannot get there in time, and I was informed by the call centre that they cannot guarantee that it will be a lady driving the taxi; they will send a male driver if a lady is not available, and also that they cannot guarantee that the taxi will even be on time!! I am calling about 14 hours in advance - what's the point in having an advance reservation service if the booking is not guaranteed? Is 14 hours not long enough notice? I do not understand the point of the service if this is this case! We also found out that if no one answers the Call Centres' request for a pick up within 20 minutes, the reservation is simply cancelled, and no one comes! What kind of service is this? I'm very disappointed with this experience :-(”
