“Why people cannot act responsibly and spay and neuter their cats? I recently came across 4 lovely kittens who were so friendly so obviously their mother was a pet and definetly the owner threw out the mother and the kittens to let them fend for themselves. Would anyone out there be intrested in doing something to educate residents how to be responsible owners and spay/ neuter their pets. I come across many poeple saying we should not interfere with nature but please tell me how good is it to come across kittens and cats looking for pepople to take them in and starving on the roads and getting run over .”
