“If its a friend/family member tell them nicely say 'I don't want to offend you , but you have a strong odor, I just thought you would want to know before someone else says so'. If its a colleague, you could tell hr and let them talk to the person. If all else fails try this website, it sends a free email (anonymously) to the offender. Its great! Good luck!

“Love the place I stay in Dubai. We have an open swimming pool , it is not covered and it looks beautiful . All the residents can see the pool from their flats. I have seen many a times couples are in the pool and behaving as if they are in their bedrooms. This happens many a times...... it's their private life I have no objections. The only thing which bothers me is Dubai is an emirate where people of different nationalities stay together and the culture and beliefs vary. For one nationality the things which are normal may be indescent for others. We should respect each other's culture.I think in public places descency should be maintained.”

“@Bhasha Raj how is that relevant to the OPs question? Also stop being a peeping Tom and complain about it, if you have the chance to see this many times as you say, you need a hobby perhaps.”

“To be honest, i would just anonymously send a polite note to save both the embarrassment.
The person must be used to their own odor so they don't notice. As nasty as it may seem, telling the person is the best thing you could do to save them further embarrassment. If you are a mate to the person then it should be easy. Either way it will cause the person embarrassment.”
