On the phone while pushing toddler in pushchair
This letter is for the rude expat lady who I sadly came across yesterday while visiting a food outlet in Mercato Mall.
When you're pushing your toddler in a pushchair and talking on the phone in a loud manner it is of course not possible to carry your takeout food.
Therefore, instead of shouting and being rude to the poor workers in the outlet why don't you hang up the phone and carry your items like a normal person would?

with respect. Your attitude was disgraceful.
