The VIEW is worth it!

“ We arrived at 6.55pm and never thought we'd get a terrace seat, as it's 1st come 1st served, you can't reserve a table. But the manager was brilliant and whizzed us to a table that had just become vacant, even before the girls could re-lay it, so we were able to watch the fountain show straight away! You're at 3rd floor level, so no crowds to peer over the top of, and you get an overall impression of the whole lake. Really brilliant. The food was OK quality, but the portion sizes are enormous so order less than usual and share! No alcohol at all, but lovely choices of special 'mocktails'. I don't mean to offend anyone by being surprised at this, but if you've only stayed in a Dubai hotel up til that point on your holiday, you may get a shock, especially if you're used to TGIs at home! Service was slow at times, but v friendly. Don't wait til your kids are desperate for the loo - they're a 5 min walk thro the mall! We stayed til 8.30pm, so watched 4 fountain shows in that time, all different. No one rushed us away. I'd definitely return. ”
